Pictured above are Kai (left) and Nosawa (right). After a meeting between AWR management and officials in All Japan Pro Wrestling (AJPW) earlier this year, these two are the first superstars from AJPW to step foot inside an AWR ring. Both will be part of the huge “Twisted Steel” Tour in November in France. It will be very interesting to see what these two bring to the table in AWR. Will they each concentrate on singles success or will they represent Japan as a unit? Only time will tell. One thing is for sure however: AWR superstars better be prepared for both men. Nosawa is known in Japan for being an un-predictable and violent character. He has even been banned from some Japanese promotions while Kai is the protege of the legendary Great Muta and is said to be a star of the future. With the arrival of these two superstars from Japan, things in AWR have gotten more interesting than ever!

He is one of the most controversial figures in wrestling history. He is perhaps the most ‘extreme’ superstar to ever come out of Extreme Championship Wrestling. He is simply known as The Sandman, and he is coming to AWR this November as part of the ‘Twisted Steel’ Tour.
The beer-drinking, cain-swinging mad man has been causing havoc on the pro wrestling scene since the early 90′s when he made a name for himself in the original ECW promotion. Since then he has competed for the WWE, WCW and TNA as well as working for AWR back in March 2008 in Ireland. Nobody is safe and nothing is impossible when the Sandman is on the roster. Get ready France, The Sandman is coming!

As part of the “Twisted Steel” tour, AWR welcomes the arrival of Booker T. A former World Champion in both WCW (World Championship Wrestling) and the WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment), Booker T is one of the most accomplished superstars to ever step inside an AWR ring. From his early days as one half of Harlem Heat in WCW with Stevie Ray, to his time as “King Booker” in the WWE, Booker has always been one of the most well known faces in all of pro wrestling.
Not only has Booker T been a World Heavyweight Champion but he has also held the WCW United States Championship, WCW World Tag Team Titles (an amazing 10 times), the WWE Tag Team Championship, The WWE Intercontinental Title and been King of the Ring in the WWE. And that’s only a handful of his accomplishments. Booker T truly is a legend in pro wrestling! AWR is proud to have him as part of the “Twisted Steel” tour this November in France.

“Big Poppa Pump” Scott Steiner is coming to AWR this November as part of the “Twisted Steel” Tour in France. And what a resume this man has. Scott Steiner is a veteran of pro wrestling having debuted in the mid 80′s along with brother Rick. Together Rick and Scott became multi time tag team champions in every major promotion in America including the NWA (National Wrestling Alliance) and later WCW (World Championship Wrestling) and the duo lifted the tag team championships in the WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) in 1993 aswell.
As a singles competitor Scott Steiner went on to become WCW World Heavyweight Champion in November 2000, defeating Booker T to lift the strap. Most recently Scott became a TNA Wrestling Tag Team Champion along with the same man he defeated for the WCW World Title, Booker T. Will “The Big Booty Daddy” be looking for gold in AWR? The answer is simply yes. Steiner aims to have gold around his waist wherever he goes.

Q. Rene, you’re coming back to AWR this November in France where the fans love you. This time you’ll be bringing along an old friend, Sylvan Griener. How do you feel about possibly teaming up with your former Tag Team Championship partner after all these years?
A. Should be fun. Its been about 4 years since we`ve last seen each other.
Q. As AWR Champion, you have competed against some of the top guys in the business. Many people remember your matches with Rob Van Dam from last year as being standout contests. Overall, who would you say has been your toughest opponent in AWR?
A. Yeah Rob`s probably right up there. I’d have to say him!
Q. Dead or alive, who would be your dream opponent that you have never competed against?
A. Dynamite Kid in his prime, bar none.
